Hollywood A-Lister Chris Evans Confirms His Marriage to Alba Baptista at New York Comic Con
Renowned Hollywood actor Chris Evans, famous for his roles in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and blockbuster hits like “The Gray Man” and “Knives Out,” recently shared the delightful news of his nuptials with girlfriend Alba Baptista during an appearance at the New York Comic Con (NYCC).
During a panel discussion, the 42-year-old actor happily revealed, “I got married. It was really, really great. We kinda had two ceremonies. We had one on the East Coast. We did one in Portugal. My wife’s Portuguese. Yeah, go Portugal.”
Previous reports had hinted at their private wedding, which took place on September 9 at an estate in Cape Cod. The guest list included some of Evans’ Marvel co-stars, such as Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth, and Jeremy Renner.
While participating in NYCC, Chris Evans, alongside other popular stars like Ewan McGregor, David Tennant, Zachary Levi, Tom Hiddleston, and Susan Sarandon, was spotted sporting a gold wedding band.
Evans shared some insights into the wedding experience, saying, “It’s a lot of planning a wedding. For those of you who are married, you know it takes a lot out of you. But now that we’re through that, we’ve just been enjoying life, gearing up for autumn, my favorite season. Now we’re just relaxing and enjoying life and reflecting.”
The “Avengers: Endgame” star and Alba Baptista, known for her role in the 2022 film “Mrs Harris Goes to Paris,” first sparked romance rumors in November of the previous year.
